I have been working in Melbourne city for at least 10 years and I eat Subway every week and try different Subway restaurants in the city and by far this is the best Subway restaurant out there. The staff is very kind and the food was superb and they are very generous with their portioning. They are always really fast and keen to serve in less than 2 minute. Overall great service, fresh food and great staff.

This Subway is by far the best one I've been to in years. Not only do they care about quality, they wrap well so it doesn't fall apart, and they're customer service is great. Well done.

Definitely the best subway I've been to. They have very efficient team work. What separates this one from the others is they fill the rolls up. They don't count each pickle like most SW's do and they do it with a smile 😊.

I've never been so disappointed by a subway. Ordered a sub that tasted terrible and got horrific food poisoning that kept me up all night. I'd been a few times previously and the subs were average. Their ingredients never looked fresh and they seem to never clean the surfaces or bowls they use to microwave meat with. I won't be going back here... Pick literally any other subway.

There might not be much to choose between Subways, but I love the Collins St Subway. I like the way they do things. They have a cool Rewards Card, they give away their Coke cups quite freely (an unspoken meal deal), the subs are consistently great, it's big enough that you can usually get a table easily, and the service is always friendly and efficient. It keeps me coming back at least twice a week. The best Subway in Melbourne? I think so.

At 12.40 today I had the rudest service I had in a long time as she was very rude at me when I asked if I could get the meat toasted with the bread as I've worked in subway I know the steak doesn't get heated in the microwave first because it dries out if you double cook it she rolled her eyes at me and raised her tone of voice I'm would defiantly not recommend this subway to anyone. So rude.. . Not Happy

I have been a regular customer here for nearly two years now and it is by far the best subway in the city. Service is fast as you expect it to be but also friendly and efficient. Never had any issues with my subs...Thumbs up

This Subway is like my GPA, it could be better. I frequent this store circa 3 times a fortnight and generally it is ok, albeit I believe poor sun-dried tomato dispersion and inconsistent chipotle southwest application belongs to the we-all-make-mistakes category. In the end, no one is perfect. However, what I can’t handle is a rushed sub job, that ultimately produces a sad, hardly-toasted Italian BMT that reminds me of my own pathetic existence. I know you get busy, but the compromise on time has its limits. Sorry guys, I’m off to one of the other 2,000 subways that are within walking range of my workplace.
