Partner and I ordered the meal for two at almost four in the morning and took about 40 mins to arrive when we live rather close. Food was completely wrong. Both had cucumber and tomato on them which we dont like and I was given the wrong sauce. Bread was a little burnt, and somehow soggy on some parts and both of us are astonished as to how someone messes up an order that bad. Only good thing about it was the guy who dilivered the meal.

Terrible subway. We went through the drive thru and we had to repeat the order several times even though we were clearly talking. The bread was dry and stale and to top it all off, what in the world so you call this??? This doesn't look like a sub at all. It looks like an unwrapped wrap! Learn to be an actual sandwich 'artist' because at the moment, I don't see any love for this 'art'.

Their service is disgusting! Never enough staff on, always kept waiting..not once have they got my order right.. I asked for an ice coffee when i ordered my subway and was told it was too far for them to walk to the refridgerator so i just drove off for the last time without the subway!!

A few suggestions for smoother service. 1) Menu boards to assist the customer with ordering from start to finish (breads, cheeses, extras, salads, sauces and toppings). Simplify the ordering process at the speaker box 2) Take the entire order from start to finish and then collect payment and park the customer as the drive through doesn’t hold more than one car. 3) You’re a 24/7 store which means it will attract customers at late hours. Please refrain from saying to us, it’s pretty late and so weird that you’d order food at this time, on a Saturday, with a condescending tone to greet us on our way. Above all, the order was made as specified and we’re not complaining, merely making some suggestions. We understand the workers point of view and time of night, but without attention you may attract some more negative attention. Have a nice day 👍
