I am writing this review because of a old negative experience and the recent new experience. It was a couple of months ago I went into the store and ordered a steak footlong. I asked for double meat and instead of 2 full scoops, they only added 1 half scoop extra. I asked for a bit more and the manager turns around and says that is portioned correctly, I say at other times I've been here, it's been bigger and then she said they were obviously not portioning correctly. I come here a few days ago and I see that they have the steak in preproportioned containers. When I asked for double meat, they used 2 preproportioned containers and it was great. Much better. It just goes to show that the service I received that day was bad.
