Student Biryani Surry Hills located on Cleveland Street Surry Hills NSW when we talk about Biryani then Student Biryani is one of the names which comes to Mind. they started Biryani in Karachi back in 1969 and since then giving the best tasting Biryani.. same taste because same family is running the business not only in pakistan but many other countries.. I had it in karachi in 2019 and from Sydney in 2017 and now in 2021.. it tastes same as in karachi and as it was in.2017 all the way to Melbourne from Sydney met manager Faizan he was very courteous and welcoming. staff is good welcoming in nature and they listen to what you are after and guide you accordingly prices are very reasonable bucket of Biryani with Zarda and 1.25 litre drink only for $55 and I serves 5 plus people thank you for bringing the best flavours all the way from pakistan to Australia highly recommended

Most of the time I eat Biryani in this restaurant but my last visit was not good.. Last visit experienced is very bad.. Biryani was tasteless and I got stomach pain

Just picked up my order, never had to come across such worst customer service she should learn how to speak with customer.

Had this place recommended to us by an Uber driver. He also recommended we try the Haleem so we got a chicken and a beef version. Didn't actually like either very much.. almost as if it had too much thickener in it as it was quite glue-ey. We saw a lot of Biryani being delivered to other tables and think that will be our choice if we return.

Really good authentic Pakistani food. They serve Okra sometimes, which is amazing authentic way of Pakistan cooked okra. Biryani is a must try when you are around! Very casual fast food dine in experience.

Average tasting biryani. My portion was cold and had little flavour. The chicken tikka was cold and dry. The salad which came with the biryani was just a mix of cucumber and carrot, nothing great. Ambience was bad too. Service was decent. Try the $1 tea though, really good.

Excellent food and service. The food is quite cheap compared to their flavours, portions and location. This table feeds 3 of us which all of us felt really full after finishing everything. We ordered 2 plain naan, chicken biryani, butter chicken curry and daal special with raita. Would definitely recommend this place for cheap Pakistani food whenever you’re in the city.

Called so many times and noone answered back Two times I ordered something online, the delivery was always delayed by 20-30 mins !!!! Worst customer service No cleanliness when we visited the restaurant Omg toilets are so filthy Never coming again!!!!!!!

Price is good not very expensive but quality of food and venue Cleanliness /hygiene unsatisfactory. Tried it for first time, don't feel like going there back again.
