Our event went well, although the team was a little understaffed on the day. They are wonderful and I thank them. My main criticisms.... 1. We booked for 9x and paid in advance. As the group consisted of 8x kids, I was forced to book for 9x as the venue required an adult to supervise. No issue with the supervision part, but I wasn't bowling. Why should I have to pay? 2. A few days before the event we had a couple of kids dropout. I called the venue and was told they didn't offer refunds. Instead I would receive a voucher - which I'll likely never use. I'm sure however if I had to ADD a few kids they would have happily taken my money. I find these practices and policies unfair and outrageous. If not for the fact that the $$ involved are relatively small, I would have taken this to the Dept of Fair Trading.

Have been here dozens of times and never got a disappointing experience. The place has great vibes on weekend and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. The food options are also really cheap and tasty. My favourite bowling spot!!

I booked a team event here for 22 people. They were very helpful and accommodating, putting all our names on the lanes in separate teams and helping to tally scores at the end of the night. Email replies are prompt and from the moment we entered the venue the staff was positive attitudes throughout the evening even though it was a Saturday night and super busy. The chips were delicious and drinks not overpriced, the beer tower was a fun addition. Don’t hesitate, go here now! Book ahead to ensure a spot.

The staff here are the most friendliest and lively staff I've ever come across!! Special shout out to Sam and Mack who went above and beyond to make me and my friends have an awesome night and feel like VIP. You guys rock! Amazing customer service :) :)

Went just for the Escape Rooms but found these place to be amazing to hang out at. From the deco on the walls to the friendly staff, there was so much more that made us feel the good vibe. Escape room was surprisingly good, I used to think it was a dumb experience but it was engaging and interesting!! Really cheap drinks and good value for money. Plus very clean and hygienic. What was best about the place was the staff, absolutely all staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. Very helpful, patient and smiley. Really good place for parties or a group gathering. Unique atmosphere and not as expensive as I thought considering the area. Really recommend it!!!.. Next time I'd definitely be going bowling and trying the food there! Update!... We went back for Bowling, food and drinks. It was great! The bowling part is really fun as it has super heroes stuff come up and it makes it pretty entertaining! Food was good but the portions were not as big, tasty but not quite there...In terms of drinks they are really well priced and as usual the Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this for Xmas parties as cozy enough for teams and office parties. Also good fun and spacious enough to play a game and take it easy eating and drinking. There are also Karaoke Rooms, which look amazing and are probably one of the cleanest I've ever seen in Sydney so likely recommended, for a full experience do all activities, good value for Money!... :D
