I’m so sorry. Totally rude service. ...very different service with another shop. When I been at Wynyard shop. They are greeting and smiling each customer, serving very quick.

No bathroom indoor which is not cozy for people who want to chitchat for a while.

Except for some defective facilities, it's quite spacious but not really full available because some tables are taken by one person. No private toilet in the shop, but there are public toilet nearby. I've experienced good service here, so it's not too bad.

do not sit on the leather chairs if you are wearing a skirt or shorts the leather of the seats are all ripped up and every time you move it pinches your skin. very unpleasant. i hope they fix this soon, maybe add a cushion if you can't afford new chairs. I really like to study in here but its so uncomfortable.

The service attitude is super poor, a guy and girl who speaks Chinese in the morning, the service attitude and coffee are very disappointing! First, I ordered a caramel macchiato, the top is no caramel, I took a sip and found no taste before asking to add! Then help me cover the lid is not covered, just get the coffee turned around, the whole cup of coffee are spilled! Look at their eyes is you give me something to do, rather than comfort the customer! The result is that I spent the money for two cups of coffee, not out of the door, it is gone! Also get several bad look!

I ordered iced chocolate and got an iced long black. But I also like Long Black, and the coffee tastes too burnt. So I threw it away as soon as I had a bite. Thank you Starbucks for making me feel worst when I spent money.

What an over rated piss joint in the middle of Chatswood. Asked for some syrup for the frappuccino, they asked for 50¢ What a rip off!
