The good: Staff are some of the best service you can get. Especially NAT. Has a great attitude and service is some of the best of dealt with. The coffee is fast and the food is pretty good. The shop is clean and has ample seating and lots of space. The personal experience: Coffee has changed and I'm not confident in its flavour. I feel like the replacement of the columbian coffee is not as flavour some and as enjoyable as it's current brand. I find the place convenient and easy. MY RATING: 3 stars due to coffee range and range of drink types. The staff are of 5 star quality. The speed is of 5 star quality.

Visited here for lunch today, Staff were Nice/friendly/helpful. But $8.95 for a ham cheese toastie that’s daylight robbery.

Clean, busy, ordered a medium long black. Literally 80 percent ice as per pictures.

Nitro brew with sweet vanilla cream is amazing on a hot day when you still need a coffee, lovely staff and service too.

The coffee was ok and the staff were nice but they offered many options and didn't tell me that I had to pay if I choose one. Lack of information. My first and last time in Starbucks. Sandwich awful too, no taste at all. There are better options around.

Good service, prime location for foot traffic heading to West end.

This branch needs to have better customer service... Elsewhere is betree than here... Only plus is location! It's average clean... That could improve too since it's probably the main coffee shop in Brisbane
