The environment is super friendly! One of the best caramel frappes I've had has always been from here. The orders come out so fast that there's barely any waiting time! Would 100% recommend this location.

Starbucks have very reasonable prices of all food and drinks . The food is always fresh and the staff are very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service and i will be going back soon.

Pleasant staff and the usual quick service. The atmosphere in this one was open with the curved walls and seating they have installed giving it a nice flow but cosy enough to not feel exposed.

My new favorite local coffee shop! . I come here to do work once or twice a week and the staff is super friendly, courteous and professional. They also recommend really good drinks if you want to try something new. The seating area is spacious, comfy and well lit. Good ventilation and bathrooms were sanitary as well. Overall a very pleasant and consistent experience.

This new Starbucks on Grey St. pleasantly surprised us! I’m usually not a fan of Starbucks hot coffee, but the blend was fairly good. Heaps of seating available and cabinet food options. Ordered a cappuccino and caramel macchiato- which as expressed, were pretty average. This location however allowed us to drink them in mugs when dining in- which was exciting for us as the city branch does not do this. The grande mug was HUGE, so in future we would get smaller. Overall, a good experience here!!

Lovely service and good food.. My kid and I usually go for a stroll in Southbank city park very Sunday afternoon and we never miss to grab some pastries and drinks in this Starbucks. The staff are excellent especially the Filipino guy - he is courteous, jolly and fast in taking orders. The place is very clean too..

Asked for a lactose free milk cappuccino and ended up not well, also requested a salted caramel donut again this left a lot be appreciated. So hard and stale. Will not be going back.

Amazing service, cleanliness is good. Orders are always quick. Can't find anything to fault.
