Fast service, polite staff.

Spacious store offering the usual Starbucks fare! Staff were friendly and efficient and there was plenty of seating at around 7pm at night. Coffee was good however I wish I'd seen the specials before ordering. It'd be good if they were displayed better and not just at the door as you arrive. It also looks closed from the street until you get really close so it pays to walk up and check if it's open. Overall though a pleasant experience.

I like this Starbucks because it has good ambiance and feel to it. It's lively and spacious compared to other Starbucks near by. The lady staff who served me was absolutely great in her job and she served with a smile, was friendly and professional too. That's what I like good customer service. She even put a smile next to my name 🙂🤟 She was great wanted to thank her for her service but she was kinda busy. But I liked the place and feel.

It's a bit confusing at first where to walk in and line up and the service isn't as good as some of the other locations, but on the whole it's a nice cafe and I enjoy the options of drinks other cafes do not offer. Mainly related to the size of the coffee and flavours of the syrups.

Quick and friendly service, but did forget to give me my food

I went there before they close 5 or 10 minutes tonight, I got double chocolate chip frappuccino does not looking normal and the taste too sweet than normal but usually it is good just tonight the first bad experience for me.

Coffee passable. Snacks actually better than coffee. Specialises in USA coffees - lots of sugary syrups you can add. Seems more an Asian and Indian attraction based on the overwhelmingly clientele - maybe its exotic for them. Regular melburnians know there are hundreds of better alternatives in the cbd made by great baristas. Basically if your in a hurry for a standard yet pricey coffee in chain surroundings.

I never thought Starbucks is everywhere in Melbourne CBD. I always loved their Caramel coffee-based frapuccino with extra caramel on the whip cream. I've been coming here back and forth. The staff are very nice and never made a mistake on spelling my name.
