Stanbuli is NOT fine dining. Itβs inspired by Turkish eateries known as Meyhanes. It is fun, LOUD music playing, social style of eating where plate after plate of seemingly endless Meze are enjoyed and complimented by Raki, Efes beer and fine wine. Stanbuli's unique, yet traditional menu is respectfully contemporised with Meze focused on vegetables, seafood and offal. whilst it's larger dishes uses Premium Australian Lamb, Poultry, Seafood and Vegetables and are cooked over wood and charcoal. Everything is made in house from bread to desserts. Stanbuli has won numerous awards including the coveted Sydney Morning Herald 1 chef's hat, the Australian Financial review Top 100 restaurants in Australia and Gourmet Traveller Top 100 Restaurant's in Australia. Stanbuli is fun and perfect for small or larger groups. Stanbuli is not a fine dining restaurant, it is delicious food, good drinks, great music and even better company. It is unpretentious and a leader in Turkish Food in Australia.
