not value for money. rolls half empty these things should be flowing with meat cheese ect. taste was really good but not so generous with portions.

Have sampled the menu of this joint through their food truck at Thornbury multiple times and it’s been an instant hit! The American pretzel is unreal, probably the best indulgence I’ve found and the philly cheesesteaks are heaven in every bite!

We had it as takeaway but it is still exceptionally good. I had the Bourbon Bacon Cheesesteak sandwich which was rich, cheesy and very tasty.

The Korean cheesesteak was delicious however the service at the kitchen was really poor. I went for a work lunch on a Monday and we were a group of 12, so bringing in a good amount of business. It didn't seem very busy, either inside or for deliveries, but the staff were quite rude and not very helpful. It's a bit surprising, especially after COVID, that the business wouldn't try to value it's customers a bit more and make us feel welcome.

Had an excellent Mushroom Cheesesteak, really cheap with the Monday special at the Catfish. Nice balance of meat & cheese, both generous.

Good quality beef brisket and buns; wasn't too greasy afterwards. Although the loaded fries were a soggy - wouldn't get them again
