Great meals. Great prices. Large serves.
Food was good. Not much in the way of service even though we had a reservation we were just handed menus and told to pick a table. We were not informed of the ordering procedure so had to ask. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked.
Lovely meal for all of us. This is our fourth meal here. Couldn’t fault the service and meals were delivered quickly. Nice touch on Mother’s Day with the chocolates and piccolo of sparkling. 💕
FOOD WAS AMAZING FOR BREAKFAST.THE SERVICE WAS GOOD .
Yeah good Caesar, fast service, great pizza despite the large unexpected lump of bright green pesto in the middle which looked like a frog had had a rear pants accident on it! The garlic bread is a bit hard, flat and atomically salty so be warned on that one but that's how I like it fortunately. All in it was pretty good and the girls are very polite and fast. 5/5
The Spargo's schnitzel, voted excellent, also eggplant parmigiana, and the lamb salad , very tasty. Young lady who greeted us,and explained the specials ,was very well suited to the job. A lovely welcoming smile.
Tried the Wednesday $15 steak night. 1) table was dirty where we were seated. 2) no folk was given till asked 3) steak was not medium rare as requested. Well done and dry. 4) chips was okay. What you get for a $15 meal.
This restaurant was Primo until fairly recently and little has changed with the change of ownership. This is a large restaurant with a lot of tables selling meals like pasta, pizza, burgers etc. The servings were of a good size and well cooked but were nothing special. This is a good place to go for a quick lunch with the family or for a group of people, but fine dining it definitely is not. Parking would be a bit limited during busy times.
I got a chef's special chicken burger and basket of potato chips and it was simply bad. the chicken was coated with huge coating. The chips were soggy and the burger was filled with flavourless chicken and leaves that were not fresh + a disgusting mint paste. A complete waste of $34.
First of all I would like to say the food he does taste good and the schnitzel size is good. But in one of our salads there were some odd gold flakes, I have no idea what they are from but I've attached a photo.
