I was the bride-to-be and my girls booked dinner at Spago at my request because it had a cozy vibe from the photos. The service we received was exceptional, and the staff went out of the way to surprise us with these decorations!!! My bridesmaid couldn't stop praising how nice you were to deal with. The food was very delicious at competitive rates, so you get a lot of value for what you pay for. Thanks again to Ethan and the wonderful staff!

The coffee was very nice. The service was very good as well. The food looked good, for which we must return.

I went here after reading other reviews, but i honestly don't know why anyone has said this is good for pasta or high quality food. I genuinely wonder if they make their own pasta or just buy a packet from Coles. It didn't taste very nice at all and could be mistaken for pasta out of a can. The service and staff were great though so credit to them. This is definitely not an Italian owned or run restaurant and it shows in the food and menu. I'd look else where if you wanted anything genuine.

i called to ask if the food was halal only to have 2 members be confused and make fun of me while passing the phone around because they "didnt understand what halal is". its 2020, you are a restaurant chain, educate your staff on different dietary requirements. I refuse to step foot in here due to the phone call i had. terrible service.

Very disappointed. We were looking forward to trying this place and we're going to take a large family group of we liked it. It was so overpriced for the quality and portion sizes. $12 for a piece of tiramisu the size of a small pinkie finger squared. They're trying to be Italian bowl, but they're way more expensive and way worse. But most of all we were disappointed by the waiter who lied to us. We tried to use an entertainment voucher. He said on the menu it said we couldn't use it on a public holiday, then pointed out something that didn't say that. We just accepted it til we did have a glance and saw he had tried to deceive us, it referred to not using the voucher with the set menu. When we mentioned this he knew that, but just starting ignoring us and proceeded to charge us full price, over $80 for just two small pastas and two tiny desserts. Nowhere on the menu or online does it say we couldn't use the voucher. Due to his deceptive attitude we will not be returning.

Loved the hand made pasta .. I would give if 4.5 if I could. The minus 0.5 was for the price + they could do better with the noise insulation in this place.

Pleasantly Surprised! The staff handled my nut allergy very well, and the staff were super attentive. My mum's squid ink pasta and my pappardelle were delicious. Not only did they have a fantastic selection of entrees and mains, but they also provided an option to create your own pasta! The chocolate mousse we had for dessert was the perfect accompaniment to the filling pasta as it was light and had just the right amount of sweetness. Overall our dinner at Spago's was splendid, and we can't wait to come back and try more! 5/5 service and food, great place would definitely recommend to friends and family.
