a cute little dessert shop in sunnybank~!! we ordered a yuzu soda, ice chocolate and strawberry tart~ tart was so so good!!! one of the best tarts i’ve had for sure!! base was a bit tough to crack, had to use our hands to break it actually, but after broken it was lovely to eat!!! yuzu soda was refreshing and lovely~ ice chocolate was a bit disappointing, not enough chocolate within it and tasted like ice milk actually service here is interesting, the seating arrangement definitely must be altered and improved, we stood in line and waited to order and wanted to dine in but people who hadn’t ordered yet had already sat and taken tables, we were left to take the dessert and drinks as takeouts but waited for a table which luckily one opened up i believe they should have a ‘order then sit’ policy, as i saw other customers behind us getting annoyed at this so it wasn’t just us~ parking here is quite annoying and difficult too but overall lovely dessert! just hopefully the next time we go it won’t be so full and we can find a seat before all are taken~

I ordered kinako dango latte and matcha brûlée. It was nice👍🏻 I hope I can get my drink in mug cup soon.(they served paper cup even I was dine in though)

Used to be a fantastic place to go to for a late night matcha fix, but the hours have been reduced substantially recently. This might not be a problem if staffing was better, however the last time we went, we had to wait over an hour - 40 minutes standing up in the queue and then 20 minutes for our order. There were only two staff who were run off their feet, having to deal with a very large number of customers (this place used to be very popular previously, so now there is the same number of customers squashed inside a short window of time). Good desserts though.

My first time eating at Sonder Dessert and I was very impressed and satisfied with my selection and would highly recommend! The dessert was absolutely to die for and so delicious and a perfect sweetness, and fresh. My iced latte with soy was also very smooth and tasty. Very happy, great service with a smile as well! We were not welcome and was told numerous times that kitchen was closed at 8.45pm on a Friday night! Packed restaurant and business could have gone on for a few more hours. Had a scoop of very mediocre ice cream (that’s all that was on offer) and at 9pm was actually kicked out of the restaurant. Would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not go back ever!!!! Wish there was an option for 0 star rating.

The desserts are always super tasty (especially anything with hojicha). The staff are cheerful and helpful. You just have to make sure to get in early if you want your pick of the dessert cabinet. My wife and my favourites always end up selling out fast!

The best desserts! Super rich desserts with a variety of unique flavours. Be sure you come early though as they run out of options pretty quickly.
