Sir Albert Cafe

If you are going to msac take your own food. They couldnt organise a chook raffle. The food was garbage and way over priced. The coffee was average.

Sir Albert cafe with its outside seating area is a nice cafe and in a great location with a very much captive audience. However, for a cafe in a sports complex, while the toasted banana bread was good, on my first visit the food looked pretty average to me and overall I felt that the food prices are a little on the high side and the coffee was average. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Plain packaged food. Moderately priced with a premium for the MSAC location.

Good soy latte, nice raw raspberry cheesecake.

Ordered two coffees and hot milk in takeaway cups. Received a baby chino and two coffees in ceramic and glass cups. Fine... Coffee tasted and looked terribly. Just have a look at the attached pictures and you would know straight away that they cannot make a proper latte... adding to that, the waitress barely spoke English. This place is a “no-go” for me.

Hot chocolate was nice however customer service was very poor!!! We placed our order of 2 hot chocolates and a coffee and the guy places 3 hot chocolates on the counter! no one else hanging around so we asked wasnt it 2 hot chocolates and 1 coffee? He replies with a straight 'NO' we decided to leave it as we thought oh well maybe someone else had ordered these. 2 seconds later a coffee and 2 hot chocolates placed on counter. I know its only minor but how hard is it to just explain to someone yours will be out soon??? And also staff could learn to smile!!

The staff at this place weren’t very friendly, i ordered a breakfast wrap and it wasn’t heated enough, i also order a hot chocolate and it just tasted like boiled water. They didn’t even put foam and cocoa powder. I have been here a few times and i see arguments with the staff all the time.

Edwina's customer service was absolutely deplorable! And to all customers, it was disgusting. And that was the start of the bad experience - pies were like lava and the coffee was like dish water, but at least the girl that handed it out was was nice.

Over staffed, under serviced. Can’t believe the dysfunctional service process at this cafe. Worst in Melbourne.

Extra shot coffee tasted very weekend customer service very poor. Food offering of nuggets & chips tasteless and over priced including the 50c extra for a sachet of sauce
