Went for a special dinner last night and incredibly disappointed. I have food allergies so tried contacting the venue prior to turning up for our booking but they never got back to me so thought we’d try anyway. Upon arrival questioned about whether or not I actually had a book, we were then made to stand outside and wait for a table for over 15 minutes. Thankfully we were sat just as the big downpour came in. A waiter gave us some water and then vanished and we had to request glasses to actually drink the water! I asked about my allergies and was given a sheet which was helpful, however I wish they’d let me known about the limited options prior because there really wasn’t much to choose from. We ordered from a very uninterested waiter who then seemed to vanish and not serve us for the rest of the night. The food was so utterly bland and tasteless, I would not recommend it at all. Service from the original waiter and who I assume is the manager was absolutely terrible. The only saving grace for this entire place was Mason who I can only imagine is completely taken advantage of. Please do not waste your time or money at this venue you will only leave underwhelmed and disappointed!

Food was great, portions generous, staff could have been a touch more attentive but were pleasant and polite. Maybe someone called in sick. Nice array of southern style drinks to try, beer selection in cans is good but there was just 2 draft choices. Wonderful thing is that you can make up your own share plate from the selections available or pick off the menu.

Amazing food! The serves were great sizes for the money and good value. The cocktails are delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant even om a rainy day. We felt welcomed and not rushed at all when ordering food and well looked after by the attentive staff.

Always a great feed! Love the brisket, cheesy mac and Corn bread! Just as good as US food IMO.

The food was excellent as was the service. Affordable pricing and a decent variety on the menu. Will be definitely going again.
