Sergio's Cake Shop Mt Druitt

After visiting the store in Macarthur Sqaure we thought we try this one as my sister lives near by. Wow is all i can say, the store layout was like nothing ive seen before, so dreamy! The cakes just as good. 11/10

Appreciate the staff for putting up this for my mom's birthday last week. This strawberry cheesecake was a bomb! They have good coffee as well.

I had the coffee & cake deal. Coffee was basic coffee, not Vienna coffee. Should have mentioned it on the sign! I ordered chocolate cheesecake. It looked like cheesecake but had no taste at all! Cake was not fresh! It's been in the fridge for a while. Good coffee thou!!

I went to Mount Druitt to get a cake. When I opened the box, the cake was stale, with all the fruits soggy, not its natural colour, and the custard was cracked. This is a horrible situation; I should've driven to Sergio chullora cake shop, much more better cakes

I’m sitting here now in Sergio’s now wondering what’s gone wrong. You only opened a couple of months ago and already the service is terrible. I’ve given it a good dozen times for you to get it right, but still today our food order came out in dribs and drabs. The milk in the coffee was also burnt. I ask for what reason, it’s not busy. The last time I came our food didn’t come at all and had to ask for my money back. I won’t go into the experiences before that, because I think you get the picture. You need to look at the ordering process, entering into the system and then writing on a post it note?? Efficient I think not! Your staff also lack leadership to get things right. No acknowledgement when they stuff things up and a real lack of understanding of timing orders. I’m very happy to come back and support local business, but you need to pick up your game.

Most delicious vanilla slice! I was greeted nicely and they were patient while I was still deciding what to order. The best vanilla cannoli I have ever had. The filling was light and smooth with the exterior crunchy and tasty. Not too sweet and really perfect. The only downside was I ordered 3 vanilla cannolis and 2 chocolate ones but I received 2 vanillas and 3 chocolates when I went home and checked. I should have checked there though. Overall, the shop has nice ambience and they have a large variety to choose from :D

Great coffee and even friendlier staff. Also couldn’t of been happier with the cake Sergios made for my birthday. If you are in the area I recommend to try them out !

We went and ordered a few cakes and desserts today. The employee who took our order was very unprofessional. She had headphones in, so she was yelling at us when trying to take our order as she couldn't hear, but never bothered to take the headphones out. My partner really wanted a chocolate mud cake & of course the woman doesn't listen and puts some tart thing in the box instead, mind you he repeated himself several times & pointed to it, but she was trying to rush us so much that she didn't care to listen. That was our first time going there & to be honest I will not be going back to that store. My partner was very disappointed to find she gave him something else rather than what he ordered. The staff need to work on their customer service & May be try some Active Listening too. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
