absolutely the worst cafe ive been to. 35 minute wait for eggs bennedict that had 1 drop of hollondaise on it and fully cooked eggs. talked to the manager all she said was that she can make me fried eggs and theres no more hollondaise. do not come here.

The owner is extremely rude and she yelled at me for no good reason other than walking out from the store entryway. I didn't see any signs, and to be honest, didn't see this as a big deal. This is not grounds to yell at me and my wife. I noticed the staff are clearly unhappy, and this is reflected in the service we received. We walked away feeling sad, not what we expected when we decided to come to the towers for a coffee.... Looking at the other comments, I can see that her behavior is consistent, and can understand the series of single star ratings. I hope things get better for this business, and the attitude problem is addressed. BTW, this is the lowest score I haven't given out.

Rather surprised this cafe doesn't sell small size hot chocolate. Kids usually have hot chocolate and 99% of the time small. Not sure if #camposcoffee endorses this. Disappointed.

Coffee was really nice but the covid safe practices are extremely lax. Many staff were walking around without masks on; eating, talking to customers and even some of the people preparing the food! Most of the staff wearing face coverings were not covering their noses and were standing very close to the customers. It doesn’t create a safe atmosphere.

The food is mediocre and the scenery is boring but the service is amazing considering how understaffed they appeared to be. Especially considering some customers I saw whilst eating. A message to the man who shouted at the waitress and appeared to visibly upset her, your public commotion only served to make you appear as a self serving narcissist and your unattractive wife should ease up on the staring, I was beginning to feel very uncomfortable on behalf of the poor waitress. It’s perfectly reasonable for waitstaff to ask you to move to a table for two so that more people may take the larger table, it is not an insult against you and certainly does not require you to gaslight and insult the waitress. Also waiting outside the premise to argue further only makes you look like you have nothing better doing in your life. All in all, 3 out of 5, there are better places but it’s not the worst.

We were charged 2.50 for a babycinno and I thought it was too much. The owner gave me a lecture about how hard it is made and try to teach me that it is very normal. It is not normal. I get it for 1 dollar everywhere. Money wasn't the issue though. It was the attitude she gave me for my opinion about the price. Will never go there again.

No problems, not mind blowing. Just a run of the mill cafe. Service wasn't day but we didn't get the extended waiting times some other people have reported. Food was ok.

Ordered a soup and asked the gentleman serving us to double check if it was available. Came back to us saying that the soup of the day was available so we decided to order it. All our other food had arrived but the soup, double checked again with the gentleman. Turns out the soup of the day was not available. Long wait for coffee and food to arrive. Apart from a good location and environment, service is not good.

Terrible, terrible service. Would give it 0 stars if I could. It is apparent from the other reviews that this cafe lacks proper management or training (particularly the owner/manager of the store). We arrived at around 11:45 to get lunch at this cafe, but were not allowed to order lunch despite being given the lunch menu. They told us that we had to wait at least 15 minutes to order lunch because the chefs 'needed time to start preparing the lunch ingredients'. We were left ordering sweet potato fries as we waited until they told us we were 'allowed' to start ordering lunch (it was around 12:15). I ordered a spaghetti and waited at least 30 minutes-40 minutes. I was not given any cutlery/serviettes until I politely asked the waitresses and later asked the manager if my meal was ready. She claimed that my meal was 'first priority' (despite my wait being way over half an hour) and said that the chefs needed another 15 minutes. I saw other customers also waiting for their orders and becoming fed up with the service while the staff at this cafe looked clueless and did not bother to clean up tables or serve customers properly. When I finally saw my food arrive at the kitchen window, the chef decided to place a dirty receipt from the table directly onto my food knowingly. I rushed to the kitchen areas and asked a waitress why my food was not treated properly. One male waiter inside the kitchen asked "is there anything wrong, what's wrong with putting a receipt on the food?". That was the last straw and later only paid for my sweet potato fries, while I saw others leaving as well. I tried to communicate to the owner that the chefs failed to ensure food hygiene, but instead rolled her eyes at me and continued to make her coffees. Never coming back here again and do not recommend to anyone.

Food was very unimpressive yet pricy. The chicken wrap was super blend and nachos could be better.
