Food was pretty nice, the owner was so run off his feet with lack of staff that it was hard to get service.
My wife and I had a fabulous experience at Scients of Siam. Food was delicious ! We tried almost every starter (the spicy sausages balls and prawns crackers are definitely something you should go for!!!) and I had the drunken noodles, yummy. The owner is very friendly and polite. He will take the time to welcome you and will answer any questions you have. Service was great and professional. Definitely a place that I will recommend and you will see us again 👍🏼
Delicious food, and amazing customer service from the owners! Will be going back for sure. Great value for beautiful fresh meals. Went as a group of 12 after work - everyone left happy and full!
Nice ambiance, good selection of food. Love the taste and kids loved it too. Thai milk tea was a hit with them and so was the pad Thai. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area and book in advance as seating is limited.
The best pineapple fried rice we have ever had. Our other dishes were also very good. We will be going back here.
We had a very good experience here in this little but cozy environment. Dan the owner was very welcoming and explained how they prepare their authentic thai food. We were impressed! Dan said "we wouldn't serve what we wouldn't eat ourselves" We'll come back for sure.
Went to the Scents of Siam with friends for a get together. Being more accustomed to other Thai restaurants closer to home we found the serving sizes a bit smaller so I recommend ordering more if you want to share dishes. We chose the massamum and fish curries along with some pad thai and drunken noodles. The flavours were all that we could expect and everything was delicious but we had to order 2 orders of each curry and an additional rice so that we could share the food and flavours among the five of us. Service and timing were great and the boss was very friendly and polite. Recommended for an evening of Thai flavours.
What a magical dining experience in Joondalup. Everything was fresh, unique and made with great heart by the wonderful owners. The pastry of the curry puffs was phenomenal, light, crispy, nothing frozen here. The homemade stuffed sausage entree was a microcosm dining experience on its own. Beef massaman and coconut noodle mains were the perfect pairing of rich and spicy to creamy and zesty. When you tilt the bowls to spoon up every last drop of sauce, you can be assured this was indeed one the finest meals. My only disappointment being it was my first time visiting, despite being in the area for so many years. We will be back again and again.
Had a lovely meal here on Saturday. Will definitely be back. 🥰
What an absolute hidden Gem of a place! What it lacks in size definitely makes up for in super flavourful authentic Thai food (BYO with no corkage also a bonus!) The owner came out to have a chat with us and the other diners and was so lovely and friendly. Such a great first dine in experience, which made for a lovely night out. I will no doubt be a regular customer from now on. 10/10!
