Hello, today i order food for take away, my order number 39, i paid for 12 items i only received 11 , looks like the have forgotten to pack, the item was Bisibelabath, i'm trying to call no response . do i get my refund ?

It happened to us once. We went back to the shop and requested, and got the money back for item we didn't receive.
