Hola San Churro, another disappointed customer! We enjoyed a lovely family dinner at a nearby restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We all decided to then have dessert at San Churro. We ordered 3 different desserts and 2 hot drinks, Sat down and waited for approximately an hour to only receive 1 dessert plate. Went to the counter to ask for an explanation and no one knew what to say...requested for a refund. Will never eat there again. The owner/manager should really train its staff. Great customer service = loyal customers

Great shop. Nice food. We go to this place often. Sometimes the staff there have a long face, no smile. One time we had a bad experience with a girl there about mango smoothie but all the other time it was good.

My partner and I had an amazing meal at a nearby restaurant and decided to stop in to San Churro for dessert and a hot drink. We signed in and ordered at 7.50pm. We sat down and then waited for our drinks (hot chocolates) for 20 minutes. It took a bit but we were okay with it as we waited for our Snack Pack for another 10 minutes and then 15 minutes...20 minutes...It never came. At 8.52pm, we decided we would wait 5 more minutes before we would ask for our money back. We waited at the counter for a little bit, nobody acknowledged us and just walked around us. When we finally got service and explained we'd been waiting an hour for our food and would like a refund, the girl on the till just repeated our story back and forth with the manager who was standing not 1 metre away but was too busy to come talk to us. They didn't give us any reason as to what happened, whether it was forgotten, or whether they were really busy. They even tried to tell us that we ordered a Churros for Two, instead of a Snack Pack...which we didn't! We didn't even get an apology from the manager when she finally came over to us. The whole experience was awful - the manager acted as if it was our fault our order was forgotten and that it was a massive inconvenience for them to have to refund us. It's not the first time we've had an issue with the service at San Churro Chermside, but this has definitely been the worst. :(

I had a lovely experience at San churro chermside at 4:30pm on Tuesday afternoon. The two girl staff members were so sweet and helpful and made the perfect mango drink. I will definitely be coming back again :)

Really poor service. Ordered through Menulog and it took over 2 hours to arrive from ordering. Our poor delivery guy had to wait at the restaurant for an hour which is absolutely appalling. I tried to call on multiple occasions and when I finally go through a young girl got on the phone and couldn't be bothered and just said "sorry I'm not sure..." She clearly wanted to finish up as it was close to their closing time. Food was cold and this whole event has just left us not ever going back. Would never recommend this place.
