Good coffee, good sandwiches, great bread.

Terrible coffee bad service!!

I live locally and have given many chances to the service here. I have received noticeably ‘indifferent’ service v/s other customers in there... not sure why! Coffee, Bread, Croissants are good... ok for a takeaway and be blind to the ‘not interested to serve you’ attitude.. Definitely better and friendly service in all other cafés in the area.. (sorry but not sorry)

Tony & Alex should have their own TV show - very funny banter every time you go. The bakery cafe is the coffee shop for the locals, great place to sit and read the paper.

Very poor service, almost like they don’t care about their customers. Been there 3-4 times and disappointed every time. Last time was this morning when my partner ordered a meat pie and ended up getting something else. Coffee is good but the bakery stuff not the best, not fresh. I would say look for other options.

A charming little bakery with a knack for making damn good coffee. The staff are friendly and clearly love what they do, adding to the cheery atmosphere. They offer a wide selection of pastries, breads and the like, which are absolutely delicious, I might add. And the coffee is superbly brewed using blends from Morgan's Coffee Roasters. The only criticism I have is the lack of seating, but overall, a beautiful experience.

Staff are just not polite and do not make any effort to be courteous. I just don't feel comfortable there. The coffee is decent but given the bad service, I would skip this place.
