Same Same

With the exception of the Bugs (which were a real disappointment) we had a great experience at sAme sAme. Both of the Betel Leaf starters were exceptional and rolled into the best Massaman curry we’ve had. The lamb shank in the curry was a very generous portion and was cooked to perfection. This place is definitely worth the hype - just avoid the Bugs!

Very pleased with the experience we had last night. The venue is beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the food is Devine! We decided to share food between us three, this way we could try a couple of things. Nothing disappointed and everything is fairly priced. Will be happy to come back anytime!

Really yum restaurant! Firstly, the staff could not be more friendly or professional. Secondly, the wine list is very extensive and interesting. Myself and my partner decided on the 2018 Alain Graillot Moroccan Syrah, which is really good. Thirdly, the food is great! Highlights of the meal were the salt and pepper tofu burger; the betel leaf and crunchy rice; and the green papaya salad. Also both the coconut panna cotta; and the chocolate and peanut desserts were also quite special. This restaurant is also very trendy. It definitely comes recommended.

The food at this place is absolutely to die for. Definitely recommend the massaman curry for a main, and the peanut dessert. It's a shame the service was second best though. We arrived 10 mins early for our reservation to find the table wasn't ready which was ok, so we were instructed to head upstairs to the bar. Once upstairs, and our original booking time had come, we asked the wait staff who checked on the table and told us it still wasn't ready yet. 10 minutes later we received a phone call from them asking where we were and stating we hadn't showed for our reservation. The lack of communication here was a let down. Once actually seated, we ordered and received some dishes. It was when they came to clear the plates we noticed the waiter had not ordered one of the dishes we had asked, so we had to re order it and then wait for it to be prepared and brought out. Overall it's a shame the service was lacklustre because the food and atmosphere were spot on.

I had been watching this joint for sometime online and am pleased to say it was f$&@# flawless. One of the better dining experiences I have had for ages. The highlight was the service but not to down play the food. The gentleman that took care of us is named Dan. Total star. Thank you Same Same

Loving the evolution of Longtime. Great menu from food to drinks. Bit dark but must just be getting old. Flavours on point and cocktails were banging!

A wonderful dining experience from the moment you walk in, past the open kitchen, to your table. The team are great with excellent recommendations and are attentive all evening. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Thanks sAme sAme.

The food was AMAZING! so many flavours exploding in your mouth. Service was great cocktails fantastic. It's a must visit.
