I wish I could give 6 stars. The broth for the pho is authentic home cooking. They also make their own Vietnamese ham and other prepared meat ingredients, which you can buy separately by weight.

This place is the most authentic vietnamese place in hobart. If you tired of just pho, try other menu as well. You will appreciate all effort in the food. Also, vietnamese produced by them also best quality. Highly recommended.

I like the pho very much. The broth is delicious but it will improve if they add fresh herbs, lime, fresh chilly and more sprouts.
