This place has a wonderful vibe. The Bar and wait-staff are very friendly and know their drinks and cocktails. The drinks and very good with much emphasis on presentation. I gave it only 4 stars because our party of 4 who are pretty good drinkers had arranged to have dinner as well as drinks. We were given a high table which has no room for food plus drinks etc. The other point is that the Roosevelt Room shares its Toilets with the neighbouring bar via a secure door at the rear. Once you go to the toilet,you have to wait for someone to go in or out of the Roosevelt room to re gain access. In my case was a little over 10 minutes. All and all, it is a good place for cocktails on the Gold Coast.

Took my partner to the Roosevelt Lounge for Valentines Day dinner. We had an amazing time, the staff were amazing, very professional and really made the night. The cocktails on the menu are something worth going out for alone. The food was perfect, we had the Thai Beef Salad and the Halloumi Fries for an entrees and the Black Angus Sirloin for a main, followed by a chocolate fondue for dessert. In all there was nothing we could fault, perfect setting, wonderful staff and impeccable food. Thankyou to all at the Roosevelt for a great night!

Huge variety of drink choices. Bar staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The cocktails were delicious! Wish we had a place like this back home!

Super nice lounge and bar with a great vibe, the staff and service is very good and the menu has some very tasty food. We visited on a Saturday night and it was particularly busy and a little noisy but great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Great speakeasy style lounge. The atmosphere was amazing and the cocktails spectacular, however the slow cooked short ribs and chips were the absolute winner of our night! We will be back.

Unfortunately, I was designated driver so couldn't enjoy their cocktails. However, they do a number of them without alcohol. The place is cosy and there was a fabulous lounge singer that night (Thursdays). We didn't go for food, but it looked like that would be an option too. We'll be back!

Asked 2 members of staff if it was alright to leave my ($25) unfinished drink at the bar for a few minutes while I followed my friend outside to sit with her while she had a smoke. Both staff gave the okay, and we mentioned we would be right back. They locked the door to the venue behind us with a full bar of customer left inside, and did not answer the doorbell. It was our first drink of the night. Great cocktails, would have been even better had I actually got the drink the whole glass.

Hands down the best cocktail lounge in existence!! The signature cocktails will blow your mind ... bar staff are attentive and ambience is second to none !!
