A great rooftop bar with an extensive drinks list and food cart. Very relaxed atmosphere with good music. Lovely views of Melbourne city. Access is through Curtain House entrance and on level 7.

What you'd expect from a roof top bar. It has beer and seats. Open area and they brought out heaters when the sun dropped. Burger shack is a nice touch and burgers excellent. Mixed crowd and staff solid.

Top suggestion when you search for a rooftop bar in Melbourne, elevator was out of service but it is only on level 6-7, worth the hike up the stairs. It's in a good CBD location and on the roof is spacious with a good atmosphere, burgers are delicious and the drinks are excellent all for a good price. Would and probably will definitely visit again on a nice day.

After consuming 3 alcoholic beverages my (female) friend and I were rejected from entering the venue due to supposedly ‘being drunk’. I’m writing this 10 minutes after being rejected from entering and I can assure you that we are not incoherent nor drunk and we find it amusing that you’ve let people in the venue that have clearly had quite a lot to drink but you’ve discriminated against us when we’ve had 3 drinks at dinner in Southbank. Sounds like a power trip to me ‘Rohad’. You clearly got rejected one too many times in high school so this was your choice of occupation.

The aptly named ‘Rooftop Bar’ is a bar. On a rooftop! They didn’t ask too many questions when I rocked up really drunk in a turtleneck, and that’s the way I like it. Excellent view of the city, beers on tap, chippies and burgers available to monch on. Lovely little bar on a roof!
