Great spot to picnic with friends and watch the fireworks, or just stop by to sit and watch the world go by.

What a great lively public space for a picnic (BYO alcohol allowed), with a compliment of live jazz on a Sunday afternoon 2 - 5pm.

Beautiful place to relax or enjoy a picnic with family or friends. The grass is beautiful and always clean and green. The kids can play in the grass or in the Little beach next to the river. Love it. There is live music on Sundays. So you can come and enjoy with friend and family. There lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And there is a park with a playground very close to it. You can take the ferry to get there. I recommend to take the City Hooper which is free. There is a great view of the river and the city. There are toilets which is pretty convenient.

The food was great, but the best part for this place is the ambiance, the staff is also polite, my wife and kids just loved it.

An awesome spot to dine in one of the restaurants that overlook the green. Also a great vantage point of the Brisbane skyline if your into photography.

A walk to remember. If you really want to enjoy the awesome beauty and nature which lies here you must take ~3 KM of walk from Botanical garden and walk along the river bed, cross the maritime museum and enter the South Banks! Ideal time is around either Sunrise or Sunset! A must watch is to see the ambience at night! Make sure you click the sun setting down on the massive building and try and capture the brightness spread across the river water.

Good service. Tuna tataki and swordfish were both overcooked. Barramundi was good. The baos were nice and tasty, prawns fresh, salt and pepper calamari were plentiful.

A calm oasis in a busy city, lovely place to unwind. We'll worth a visit.

It's always good to sit here and watch the city, the river, people walking. I'm looking forward to have live shows again. It's a good space to meet friends and have a good time. There are also plenty of restaurants in front the green area if prefer. The city hopper free ferry stops just a short walk from here.
