If I could give this place a higher rating, I definitely would! 5/5 just isn’t enough! 😍 AMAZING customer service as always, but tonight the manager (I think?) took the crown in customer service when he literally RAN out of the restaurant to the roundabout on Luxford Road to hand us our chips that they forgot in drive through! We were all in stitches and he made my entire day, literally! Thank you so much to the team but especially the man who ran a marathon just to make sure we had our chips 😂

Haven't had Red Rooster in years, tonight I tried their new fried chicken. I am converted. Great customer service, and fast food the way it should be!

Ate here with my partner on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The manager, Alex, tells me that he and his partner have taken over recently and brought the place up to their high standards. Alex was very attentive and patient while we were deciding on the menu. The food came out quickly and was super fresh and delicious. I've always liked red rooster but this particular branch is probably the best in terms of customer service, cleanliness and fresh tasting food! We'll be back again soon.

Red Rooster Mount Druitt. A lovely young couple have taken over this store around 5 weeks ago. They are friendly and really on the ball. Staff are all happy as well. The store is the cleanest we have ever seen it. And the food was so so fresh. We highly recommend this store. 5 stars guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second time that I bought their Fried Chicken... the first time was too salty... the second time was saltier.

Good food, great customer service from the owner. He was very polite and friendly and went above and beyond. I don't normally get red rooster but I'd come here again as the service and food is good

Fresh food. A bit slower than other restaurants even with no customers. But the service and food was good.

Very good service and the new Fried Chicken beats out KFC. Don't forget to add in the gravy to get the perfect meal.
