Red Rooster

Before I start, let me say that before this recent experience Red Rooster was once my favourite takeaway. NO longer. Food portion size has got even smaller. Was once great value for money. Now it's the complete opposite. Still very hungry after spending lots. Staff were not excited about their product and the special spicy honey mustard sauce as advertised everywhere was not available. $20 may feed a 12yo however as an Adult prepare to go hungry. Unless they change I will not be back.

Over half an hour wait in the drive-through this is not acceptable at all. Had to walk into the store from the drive-through to order food. Understaffed clearly, the poor girls at the front counter I felt sorry for because they were trying their best, but it’s no way to run a store. Management really needs to pull her head in and actually put some more staff in. Would have to be the worst fast (food) restaurant on the planet.

The food was good, but we had to return after leaving as half our order was not packed. They admitted a mistake and got a refund.

Will not be going to red rooster again, ordered 6 nuggets and large chips were told they were $11.50, the girl said in a combo would be cheaper at $10.45 and by the time I got to the drive through pick up window was told it was $13.75, the young man couldn’t tell me why, he wasn’t sure was his answer!!!!! Not good enough!!

I love better than other places chicken , but very salty.

Great service, delivery is quick, unlike maccas it actually comes. Great customer service from the delivery kid/man👍

My first ever visit here was perfect customer service. Since then I have been back a few times and always found customer service to be friendly. There is only one toilet that is used by all customers and staff, meaning if feels very "truck stoppy" Very few tables, 3 actually so not alot of room to dine in.

Had the burger meal with 3 spicy strips on it. Burger was excellent - spicy and delicious with lots of sauce. Chips were fresh hot and seasoned well. Only thing that would've made it 5 stars is if the chicken pieces were crunchier - personal preference to a competitor but seriously, so delicious

Staff are great happy to serve my chips as I like them not over salted. Great $5 bargain boxes that are surprisingly filling
