Hello Janet. Thank you for your question and feedback about our coffee! We have 3 different coffee beans available at all times and they each come from different local Adelaide Hills and Adelaide suppliers. One place is called Just Coffee which is roasted in Mt Barker and another is Mighty Mighty Coffee Roasters that is based in Gumeracha. Hope this helps. Marcus
