After Uber Eats cancelled my order 5 minutes before delivery I contacted the restaurant. They were incredibly apologetic for something that not even their fault! 15 minutes later the food arrived and it was delicious! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Professional courtesy, delicious food, impeccable service!

When you walk in you are met by the smells of amazing food and a friendly lady who took us to our table. The portions are generous. The food is fantastic. The place is very clean. I recommend dropping in for a feed

Terrible customer service, long wait times with minimal explanation. We sat waiting for our mains for an hour and a half whilst we saw bags of take away orders go out before receiving any food. From the beginning when we first arrived, there was no one to be seen at the counter to serve us, two people had already been waiting in front of us and eventually rang the bell. When we finally asked for a table for four, we were told sit wherever we like. We got our own wine glasses and waited a significant amount of time before being served menus and water. Their was only about 6 other people in the restaurant at this time. Long wait times continued throughout the night for our orders to be taken and any food to come out. We were told by the one waitress that was working that they didn't expect to be so busy however by this point, there was just one other table of four inside the restaurant. We have been regular customers of Real Mountain as the food is great however the service is continuously lacking. We advised them that this was unacceptable and walked out without being served any food. On the way out, another table also complained that they were having a similar experience. It's such a shame that this business is not well run as the food is good but not good enough to tolerate such bad service. We won't be going back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went to this restaurant for my dad’s birthday. We ordered chicken, beef and biryani. As an indian we have been to nepalese and Indian restaurants in perth but haven’t seen a restaurant this stingy with their meet and chicken. The gravy was same for both and even biryani tasted like cooked in the same gravy. Both dishes were small and contained 75% potatoes than the actual beef and chicken. Who puts lots of potatoes for the curries. We paid 19$ for each dish, we had to search for meat and chicken pieces. It’s not even worth the price. The food was not tasty at all. All tasted the same. Very disappointed with the food but the service was good. Just the food and the price we paying is ridiculous. Don’t be stingy with your protein portions please. Definitely wouldn’t go here again and won’t recommend anyone.

My family and I visit Real Mountain regularly. Overall, their food is great and sometimes it's excellent! My go-to dishes are chicken jalfazi/dhansak, momos, chilli paneer,and C4 nan.
