Loved the service. They explained everything over the phone as well as gave me detailed overview while I was there. Cleaned the car super clean for $200 both outside and inside. They detailing done inside is just exceptional. I couldn’t say that the car was so dirty before I got the detailing done. I wasn’t happy with the windscreen though but that should be okay after seeing everything else they did. Just amazing service.

I took my Mercedes in for detailing, used this service before and was happy with it in the past... Things took a NASTY turn when I took my car in this month... I picked up my car up and it was absolutely saturated with the liquid they used to clean it. The smell I asked them to take out of the carpet was still there and even though the car "appeared" shiny clean, it was drenched with a oily liquid. I wiped my steering wheel and pedals clean as it was too slippery to drive. The sad thing was that the plastic off the buttons was DAMAGED and within a couple of days came off completely! I was disappointed with the damage, but being a loyal customer and taking in multiple high end cars, like a Porsche GT3 RS and BMWi8, I was confident I would be looked after.... Although, regardless of the car you drive, upmost care should be taken and if damage occurs, ownership should take place. Should, but that's only if you are dealing with people who walk in integrity, do what is just and genuinely care for other people's possessions. The manager (and I can't state his name as he refused to disclose it to me even though I knew it in the past, just forgot it. He said he wasn't required to give it to me by law, not sure why, but I think it's when I mentioned taking the matter to the Fair Trading Office. He got very upset and abusive. His out was that I had an old car (Dec 2013, not so old and it was in perfect condition before it was washed) and that it was wear and tear. I tried to explain to him and even showed him video footage (thank goodness I miraculously found a video showing the buttons in perfect condition), but he just argued and yelled at me. He told me that if Mercedes Benz can state it wasn't wear and tear that he would accept responsibility. I contacted Mercedes Benz and will have a letter to present to the FTO along with the gentleman, who serviced my car just days before I had it washed and recalls the buttons in immaculate condition. I also have video footage, so as much as I feel sorry for them, I will not allow them to walk away thinking they can treat people and their possessions the way they treated me and my car. The owner eventually got back to me after my many attempts and apologised for the manager stating I had an old car, but other then that denied the damage they caused and said: "Unfortunately, as mentioned by the manager, it is something we will not be taking responsibility for. The biodegradable chemicals used on all of our vehicles can't cause this damage..." Well, it did and no matter what liquid he would tell me they used, it was so heavily applied that I know it damaged the plastic in a number of spots on the cockpit and doors of my car. I was always happy with the carwash, but after this horrible experience, I would highly recommend staying away from there as there was no accountability taken and the way my issue was dealt with was highly unprofessional and abusive. I couldn't attach the video as it is too large, but I have attached pics of the damage done to my car.

These chaps are a fine body of lads. They did a splendid job on my 1978 Devil Yellow Leyland Mini Minor Van. Excellent value for money too. I picked the right day as Monday at around 3 pm things were quiet and I had a team of five fine young chaps beavering away at the van. Could tell they had their hearts in the job. The end result showed. The van ended up looked like a Million$ (after tax)

Without a doubt five star in every aspect! I’ve taken my new car here four times now and on each occasion I’ve been really happy with the care and service they provide!! The staff are cautious and take pride in what they do and very friendly! The young lady who takes payment and makes the coffee is very lovely. Always polite and makes a fantastic coffee as well:) I highly recommend Rainbow Hand Car Wash to everyone. Five star

Very happy to have my car detailed at Rainbow. Mr Sagar and the bunch of hardworking boys did a wonderful job making this old car look like new! Special thanks to Sagar for taking the initiative to buff and restore the headlights. By the time you would enjoy the beautiful marine aquarium and a nice cappuccino at the the cafe, your car will be ready to go! Definitely recommended.

$45 for my Mazda 2. The outside was done well enough. The dashboard wasn’t wiped properly and the gear stick and other common surfaces were missed. It was busy so maybe that’s why it was rushed.

i came asking how long it took to clean my car but they said 30min i paid and the time i sit there i see a white car comes with a nice girl asking to pay for the car because she is in a hurry then boy move mine to wash his, a very incorrect thing, service will also be good even if they don't dry the car well and leave streaks but the boy is really arrogant and rude!
