Excellent burgers. Fresh ingredients. Friendly customer service. Great value 😎

Small cosy place. Staff was friendly. Onion rings ($6), Hellburger ($13.95) and Philly Cheesesteak ($14.95) were good. Milkshake is almost $10 but it was good. On the pricier side for what you get but food is tasty. They do open till 3am so it's great for a very late night meal!

Nice and tasty food. Friendly staff. Once you eat from Pounders you are tempted to go there again. Eastern Promise and Mama says No are amazing are just amazing.

Really confusing ordering food and utilising their deals on offer as some things qualify and some things don't despite the offer clearly stating it should.. Food is very good though, great flavour.

Perfect temperature, spicy level as per the menu, and delicious! If I lived closer to this eatery, I know for sure I'd be there all the time!

This burger joint used to be good in the past. Not any more. I ordered 2 Eastern promise burgers with chips and onion rings. Burgers were very oily and full of salt. Chips were over cooked and dry.

I used to give Pounders a 5. But lately it's just bad. I spent $60 there and so did a few of my family members. There was 7 of us and I recommended it to my family. It was my brothers birthday. The chicken is nice. But I was given a container of cabbage no dressing. Cabbage isn't Coleslaw, it's cabbage. Also you can tell the burgers are cheap. I saw them use $2 Avocado dip from Coles in a "Gourmet" burger. Sometimes when I order the Philly Cheese steak you can tell the bun is old. They don't cook the fries long enough and they are soggy. Even when I ask, it's a hit and miss. I was the first dine in customer ever and it's just trash now.

Wonderful food, but a disaster when it comes to organisation. Food deliveries consistently arrive late with no warning or communication. I once even called to discover that they had not started making my order an hour after the due delivery time. I fully expect takeaways to lag behind on busy nights, but they must communicate changes in expectations to people waiting for orders. It's clear they hire excellent cooks and poor managers.
