Poolside Bar & Grill

No table service, you have to wait in line in a queue only to have the staff go and make drinks whilst I stood there at the counter.The place was reasonably quiet. I would hate to come here when they are busy.

Terrible service. Food took 1 hr 50 min. Asked about it 3x and only got sorted when we asked for the manager the 4th time. Obviously they didn’t take any action the first 3 x. Had to ask for a refund it wasn’t offered and didn’t refund the drink which took over an hour.

Excellent service, even though they can get busy at times

The food and service at the Poolside Bar and Grill is great. The food is good and the staff are nice. They are always ready to take your order. Food comes out quite fast also. The only problem is that the food and drink is a bit overpriced. Either way, Poolside Bar and Grill is good.

Nice but couldn't bring my kids into certain areas

I must say for the price you are paying i dont feel it was worth it. The service was slow even waiting on deserts (took about 15-20 mintues). The customer service i feel was stail (let me clarify) in that they came up and took your order but there was no real "hey hows it going" just what would you like. I felt like they were just in a rush to get to the next peron therefore impacting our experience. All in all i dont feel i would come back all that soon sorry to say.

Dont bother. Service is poor

Service here was excellent! There are servers/waiters walking around the pool area all day ready to take drink and food orders. We only ordered twice, but had some interaction with 5 servers. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We got 4 drinks (mojito, rosé, vanilla milkshake and raspberry slushie) and shoestring fries. Cocktails are all $20, there's quite a big range of drinks available. Everything is served in plastic cups for safety, but at least they have the shape of cocktail/wine glasses! Shoestring fries were $12 came in a pretty generous serve with two squeezy tomato sauce. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the staff were exceptional.

It's been nearly 2 hours since I ordered our food. Three separate waiters have been asked and are "looking into it" for us. Customer service is as non existent as our food order.

Had an afternoon by the pool with family. Seemed like there were more staff than customers, yet they seemed too busy to serve us. The life guards were happy and friendly, but the bar staff were disinterested and distracted. The girls especially..
