Pista house Harris Park

All this while I was very reluctant to order from this store but today I took my chances and they successfully reached a new level of disappointment. In spite of ‘me’ being “literally” the last customer, they screwed up my take away order royally! The Mutton Biryani(FULL) turned out to be a biryani rice by the time I reached home! I guess the mutton pieces decided to go for a run while i was heading back. Not even a single mutton piece in the biryani!!!! If the place was busy, I would have understood this error but at the closing time that to with the last order, ridiculous. Never again :)

We ordered mutton briyani for two serve. It was very good we enjoyed having it there than the usual takeaway that we do everytime. I recommend to try dine in there than the takeaway. Dine in place is small and can accommodate 5 - 6 families at a time.

Location is awesome, at Harris Park. The ambience is really great & the staff behaviour was good. Now coming to Food taste- I got a recommendation from one of my friend to taste Pista House Mutton Biriyani & Honestly the Biriyani is very Good. You get that nice aroma, it is cooked perfect. Best think i like is there is no khada masala floating in biriyani & the nice and soft ghee smell. *It is one of the best Biriyani I have tasted in Sydney. Small Suggestion : Please provide extra Rita for full quantity. 🙂

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this restaurant. The girl working at the counter(talking in Nepali I think) was not doing her job properly and it is a regular occurrence for the restaurant to open late. On my last visit, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes for my food when I arrive at 12:45pm, despite the fact that the restaurant was supposed to open at 12 pm. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for both the company's reputation and customers. Also, I have ordered food for takeaway more than 10 times and all time the spoons and napkins are missing. If someone is ordering food for takeaway, they are expecting at least spoons and napkins. The owner should be more involved in managing their staff and ensuring that they operate efficiently. As a regular customer, these all experiences has left me extremely dissatisfied. I believe that the owner should be more involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that front staff is properly trained to provide excellent customer service. Looks like she is forced to work there and has zero interest for the company profit. It will add a big ????? on the company reputation. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others until they address these issues and improve their service. I hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to restore their reputation."

Tastiest biryani of Harris Park. Contrary to my bad experience an year ago, this time they impressed my buds. Quality and freshness both were top notch this time. My recommendation is mutton haleem and then chicken 65 biryani, just like their other outlets they outperform everyone else in the street. Definitely visiting againg

The biryani here is good but the tea is just amazing. They have this special Irani (or so they say) tea that keeps boiling the entire time and served to customers. We are a fan of this tea and make a visit every now and then just for the tea. There a few tables inside but we usually prefer take out.

Disappointed. We won't be going there again. Took veg biriyani and fried rice. Biriyani was below average, but fried rice was clearly stale rice. It was hard and chewy. I never waste food but I had to throw. I am not sure if rest of the reviews are for non veg, but for me this is no go restaurant.

Amazing biryani. Dealt with an exceptional service staff named Raman (cash counter). She made it so simple for us ‘1st timers’ to choose from their varied options. She is a 5 star staff.

Honestly just have it and try then review your suggestions because I had my chicken biryani only 2 spoon and then left it for them may be they will serve others customers see if you do not believe so go and have it please thanks.

One of the arguebly best biryani house in the Parramatta. Tried the Mutton biryani, the meat is very tender and enough for one person This is a must try !
