Pinewood Chicken Bar

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Some staff is good, some is just nasty, especially one of the old ladies that work here. Every time you go into this shop, this old lady is never in a good mood to serve people.

Good food and good selection! Regularly grab lunch here when in the area. The only issue I have is the manners of the older lady behind the counter - I notice this isn't an uncommon complaint after having a scroll through the reviews which is sad to see. My latest encounter was after asking if she had said the meal I asked for comes with two salads and not just one, after not hearing her due to her walking out of sight behind the and not speaking directly to me with all your cooking noises on top of that, and to be met with the comment "That's why I said two" is just plain rude. Normally I just put up with any of this, but it's clearly a common issue and I've quite frankly had enough of the bad attitude. Have still given 4 stars as I love your food and all other staff I've encountered, but surely there can be something done about the above. Cheers!

Too much salt on the chicken n chips. They baptise the chicken with salt.

It’s appreciated when takeaway outlets take so much care in making food delish. Chicken schnitty burger ready to go was beautiful

Would have to say that’s the worst food I’ve ever eaten. A chick roll pre made, zapped in the micro wave and the roll was soggy. Chips and gravy were awful one chip and I was done. If you’re gonna pull out freshly cooked chicken I recommend using that for your rolls and using fresh rolls as well. Also need to work on the gravy making because that was watery

Been here a couple of times as its close to work . Friendly staff, food is always fresh. Chips are really nice and they have a good salad selection . Very generous with serving size and pricing is very fair.

WORST CHARCOAL CHICKEN IVE EVER HAD, ITS WAS LIKE CHARCOAL. NEVER AGAIN $17.90, VERY DISAPPIONTED
