We were regular customers. Until my partner got the spicy beef pho which had MULTIPLE pieces of hair in the dish. We took it back and asked for another bowl which had hair in it AGAIN. He didn’t even touch the dish. We took it back again and the man at the counter wouldn’t give a refund. We left our name and number and was told that the manager would call us back, but didn’t and after a week later I called back and they still weren’t able to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with their service & clearly unhygienic practices.

I found a bug from a beef &brisket noodle soup. And asked it to change or anything not a bug soup. But the seller said it's not our fault. Without any apology. So salty soup with bug and rude.

Went to go for dinner at 5.00pm and the place was shut google says they don't shut till 9.30pm I'm very disappointed.

Pho soup was authentic and traditionally done. Very good portion and quality. Price in medium range. Sides available as self service counter. Cut chilli, chilli cause, housin sauce, crushed peanuts, spring onions, etc. Good customer service and a bit busy during lunch. Food was serve very fast. No complaints on food quality and hygiene.

I went here for pho and asked for sauce yet they refused to give it to me to put on my pho or take my pho up to the counter where the sauces were to add it. They eventually gave me tiny flat bowls to put my sauce in. The sauce spilled everywhere and I had to keep coming back for more since the sauce bowls they gave me were tiny and shallow. I asked for some fresh chilli yet they said they ran out. Moments later I see them give another table fresh chilli. I am absolutely disgusted in this. The first time I came here the lady was so lovely and gave us to sauces to our table and brought out fresh chilli without us even asking and she was always smiling i haven’t seen her since and the guy I dealt with was so rude and nasty refused to give me napkins for the mess of the sauces. I will definitely not come back if he is working I would much rather go to my favourite pho place called Pho 333 at Southport go there instead it’s amazing service and the sweetest owner!! Not this place they are awful.

So disappointed in my rare beef pho noodle soup. 80% of the beef strips were just fat. Waste of money.

Used to be a pretty good spot to get decent vietnamese food, but I feel like recently quality and quantity has gone down while the price has stayed the same. 3 tiny slices of beef and lukewarm broth for a $16 pho is kind of a rip off.

Very expensive for quality and service. Nothing special about the serving or taste. Taste like an average chicken noodle soup you can get else where for 2/3 of the price. Tables are small cutlery is like it would be in Vietnam many hands could have handle it . Stored on table uncovered. Bring some sanitary wipes if you care about hygiene.

Not very clean, pricy and food tasted funny

Awesome service. Rice Paper Rolls were amazing and great value for money.
