We recently visited this old place in Canley Height and tried their signature dishes i.e. the rice noodle thick soup with crab, seafood and sugar cane prawn (<i>cao tom</i>), the complete beef rice noodle soup (<i>pho dac biet</i>) and <i>banh xeo</i> egg & bean sprout pancake. All dishes we ordered for lunch were good, especially the rice noodle thick gravy soup and the <i>banh xeo</i>. Prices on menu are comparable with other Vietnamese places in the area, but you can only pay by cash. Ambience and customer services are limited because this is just a small casual eatery, though their food quality are quite good.

Pho was average in my opinion. Friendly enough staff. Did not check if all customers signed in on the COVID App, just welcomed customers in and seated them. Wait staff kept standing by and asking for our order when we were obviously still reading the menu. Food was quick to come out and was piping hot. Not sure why, but when food was taken away from tables they put them on the ground in front of the kitchen and an employee was squatting on the ground sifting with her bare hands through bowls of leftover food directly next to the counter in front of the kitchen in plain sight which put me off. Even more so during COVID. No EFTPOS. Cash only.

Cash only, outdated and not in a good traditional way just lazy cooking and not deserving of their high rating. Place was almost empty at 12pm Sunday should have been a sign....

Top food. Tastes very traditional

Hands down best pho in Sydney. Rich, fragrant and very layered soup base. The type of Pho you dont get bored of after the first few mins.
