My wife , family and mother in law always go here to eat but now we will not due to the experience they received . Upon receiving sizzling garlic prawns we found a thick hair in it. We understand that mistakes happen but to our amazement we were accused of placing the hair in the food. They said that they will review the CCTV footage to check if it was my family that did this. This is a very quick way to not only lose 6 customers in one hit but many more as this story will be brought up in many conversations with other people. Word of advice to the owners. Don't lose 6 plus customers by accusing them. We won't be coming back .

Very nice restaurant. Quite authentic food. Pleasant, polite staff. Beef pho and seafood laksa.

It used to be our usual place to eat but it all changed when a thick short hair was found on my sister’s prawns. We did let them know, obviously a mistake can occur but the fact that they accused us of putting the hair on the food was disappointing. Plus they mentioned many customers find hairs on the food and it’s too much loss for the restaurant. They said they will be checking their cameras and calling us for further investigation. My family and I will not be going back there again.

Best food always consistently good our favourite place to eat at

The service was not good at all. We ordered salt and pepper squid and it was full of oil. It wasn't yummy at all. The food was ok. The server brought my daughter's meal and left it on the corner of the table. She did not put in front of her and like she was in a hurry of something. I did not enjoy at all.

The renovated restaurant looks very good and the staff really catered for us as a group of 9 with 2 prams. We didn't book. The food was good and will definitely come back again

Ok, but I've had better at Thai Central at the Greenway Plaza Wetherill Park, it is more authentic in flavour.

I have been coming here for quite a few years now, and am always satisfied with food, service and staff are very welcoming

Had the honey chicken, the chicken used in the wasn't that flat stirfry chicken with thick batter you find at most places, was fresh diced peices with a thin crispy batter. Would get it again.
