Pho 55

As usual we had an excellent meal with great service. This is one of our favourite Asian resturants in Malvern.

An always fantastic meal. The service is so good. With restrictions easing they were at capacity - which shows how hungry everyone was for a seat! *So many* take away orders coming through the kitchen. Today's recommendation: Mushrooms stuffed with prawn.

Been here a few times and the food is good, not great and seems more Chinese than Vietnamese ie Lemon Chicken. A couple of marks off for average and haphazard service - best way I can describe it. Some of the junior staff didn’t have a clue - messed up our order and forgot things. Other staff just rude. Shame as food is good.

Atrocious customer service. The staff members alway have consistently aired out their frustrations and stress onto the customers as they are always short on staff. Tonight they told my friend to ‘go and sit down’ when he asked for some assistance with the food he ordered. The worst customer service ever and do NOT recommend if you’re planning to have a nice night out. In response to the owners reply: My friend was not wearing a mask because he was EATING. You had 50people inside not wearing a mask as well. It wasn’t a matter of complying with covid rules at all.

This place was packed which attracted us to give it a try. Ordered quite a lot of food and drink. Food was good and relatively fast to serve despite being busy. They did get my crispy noodle order incorrect but was able to rectify it without much fuss. Would recommend and come back. Only slight issue is they charge fees for credit cards.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. Grilled pork vermicelli ;) Absolutely the best Vietnamese we've had in a while. Highly recommend!

Ate here as was told the Pho was really good and was not disappointed. A popular restaurant with great food.

we made a booking at this restaurant for 730pm on a Sunday night It was very busy when we arrived. We were asked to wait. Then after some time, when we asked how much longer our table might be, we were told that if they have “walk-ins” arrive before us, they don’t have to hold our table for us. Even though we arrived on time. Umm... what are reservations for ? We were finally seated about 20mins later. The food was good. However we received our meals at different times. So one of our party had finished her meal before ours had arrived. The staff were rushed off their feet. Perhaps it’s quieter mid week. Or get take away !

A very polarising experience. Normally good food and reasonably priced, with average customer service. But tonight a terrible experience. Was told the bean shoots for the pho ran out, but was dismissed by rude staff without a proper explanation or apology. I could’ve accepted this if there was some proper polite explanation, but the staff seem to treat their customers like they are an inconvenience to them. Then what is hospitality for then? Absolute embarrassment to bring our friends tonight as we normally recommended this place. Never again.

Great pho and bun - nice, fresh, Vietnamese flavours. I particularly love the satay king prawns - so good!!
