It's not what it once was, corals are very very overpriced here fish too. I liked it a lot more about 10 years ago. Thank you for your response petcity I read your reply, however prices in several other aquarium shops all around the Brisbane region charge much less and offer the same services for coral and fish, they also have a wider range of stock and I don't have to pay to join a club to buy these items at normal prices. What I first liked about petcity 10 years ago wasn't the cost factor I thought it was reasonable at the time, but the knowledge the staff had and the variety of fresh water fish is what kept me coming back spending dollars, since I have moved to marine fish I have only been back for coral and salt.

Can't find the litter I want anywhere but here. HEAPS of products, as well as friendly staff. The girls helped me with my baby mice and gave me so much free info which helped me so much🙏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I've come for advice about; birds, fish, cats & rodents and they've never let me down.

I found Pet City at Mt Gravatt excellent. I live in Adelaide, and I needed to return a dog coat that was too big and re-order a smaller one. Within that week, I received my refund and the smaller coat is on its way. Well done to the online team! You’re the best!!

I have been here for few times and I just got the membership last week. Today I visited here again while I forgot to bring my physical membership card. When checked out a staff asked my membership detail and checked for few times and said my membership is not in the system. But I’m pretty sure I filled a paper form of customer information when joined the membership last time. The worst thing is that her tune and voice were impatient and had a mean face which seems like I owe her money. She didn’t even explain anything or apologize but just kept scanning items and said they would be on the original price. Then I decided to not buy anything because of her bad attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. Have to say most staffs I met before are friendly. It’s just terrible to have her as cashier today. Also, I bought a bird harness last time but before I tried to put it on my bird I found that a connector is off and the string has little damage. So the harness is broken before I use it. So disappointed that I wasted $20 on a low quality product.

Great place alot of variety for all types of pets are great prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful a younge lady helped me get some fresh water shrimp and was fast and helpful. There is also a self wash dog wash there that leaves your dog smelling great and flea and tick free for weeks :) great place will b back again thank you
