Delicious satay

great malay food. love it.

Chicken rice was nearly $15 and there were 6 measley pieces of chicken. It was shocking - what a rip off. Would've not eaten it and asked for a refund if it weren't for my hungry child. One of the waitstaff was lovely, the other had poor customer skills and lack of basic manners. So many better places for asian food in Perth, won't be coming back here.

Good food. Good company and Overall delicious offerings. A must try around the area of Cockburn.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. Malaysian Cuisine at it's finest and tastiest. Whether you feel like rotti or noodles there is something for everybody. They do amazing cold coffees and drinks. The desserts looked so delicious which we will try next time.I thought the prices were reasonable and the serves were generous. The meals are served really quick after ordering. Friendly and efficient wait staff. I will be back to try more delicious foods.

I do not think that Papa Rich is adapting to a Western Mentality at least not the one in Cockburn. Time for change and to get rid of miser mentality. Charging for Paypass / TapnGo(13c). Charging for takeaway 20c when you already ask us to pay upfont, pathetic. Do you charge for Takeaway or Uber? NO. Customer Service helps. Yet when someone of Malaysian descent ask they get it for free. Just because someone is caucasian does not mean they get treated different in an Asian restaurant. Everyone should be equal/ Tables hall are not pleasant, who would want to sit there - just because someone is not Asian does not mean they get treated different.

I love their vegan option. They are superb

The most mismanaged place. Were waiting for half hour just to be told the chicken curry was over. Not only that were forced to switch over to the rendang which was nothing but beef with watery gravy and a half cooked roti. I called a waiter twice and the guy played deaf, until I yelled. The place was better off shut.

Terrible service. Covid times you want patrons to pay using card but you want to slug them for the privilege? 20c for a take away container? Gee times must be really tough at the price you're charging for lack luster food. Wake up.
