PappaRich Garden City

Amazing service with friendly staffs, their food is incredible and delicious, price is definitely worth every bit of it. Enjoy my visits to them every time.

We absolutely love Papparich, and have been to many good locations- however we were really disappointed with the Garden City restaurant. The Fried Chicken skin came out cold (seemingly old) and really over cooked. Our meals were also below average from our other visits. Sadly can’t recommend this location from our experience!

The food was great, staff we're friendly and had a cozy ambiance. The service is fast. It's convenient because you just press the call button to have their attention for orders and other concerns. Be back soon.

The skewer's meat was very poor and small. But what the worst thing was the service. I saw one of the waitresses sloppyly complaining about another customer's request. The customer said she wanted to go to a seat away from the door because it was cold. It made sense, but the waitress didn't seem to like it. Second, we finished the main dish and served the dessert, but the dishes on the finished main dish hadn't been cleaned up. Even though we were clearly in trouble with table space. Its lack of professionalism. It made me dipressed.

I have been to this establishment many times and always enjoy the food. The food is very tasteful and never a disappointment. The staff are always friendly, and will try to correct any mistakes ASAP! I love it here!

Nice indoor setting table in big square metre. Beautiful meals, responsive staff and reasonable price. Take away container availabe with 20cent purchase and 50cent for carry bag. It gets very busy at dinner.. watch your time visit

It was our first time trying this place. First impressions, the staff were polite and helpful. We didn’t know how to order and she explained to us, we also ordered peanut sauce as the menu didn’t explain if the satay chicken sticks came with it but the manager kindly told us that it did come with it so saved us $$. The food we ordered came out in a timely manner and were quite flavoursome. We ordered, 6 satay chicken sticks (a little small compared to the pictures on the menu, especially for $14.90 🤔), char koay teow, roti with chicken curry and their new nasi lemak burger. I do recommend if you haven’t tried this place out.

First time eating at PappaRich, had a superb time thanks to the service of Dan and Lovedeep, who were exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. Food was just as amazing. Thanks for the lovely evening! We’ll be back 🤩🥰

I had the Seafood Laksa from the specials page on the menu. Pappa must be rich in magic ability to be able to cast a spell to make me like prawns. The cooking sorcery is strong in this one.
