Ive been coming to this cafe for over 10 years and have never had one bad experience. The staff are always friendly the coffee is great and the cakes are probably the best you will find in Melbourne and very reasonably priced It saddens me to read reviews from ignorant people complaining about smoking outside and pigeons roaming around. The whole street is infested with pigeons and the council should do something about it and smoking is still legal

I’ve been here twice, both times for baklava, and both times they tasted stale. The first time I put it down to bad luck, but the second..? disappointing as otherwise this place has a lot of things going for it.

Pretty good. Not the largest variety of cakes but maybe it's a tad quiet after Christmas. Coffee was ok. Frappe wasn't the best but all good for a caffeine hit.

Every day of the week the outdoor seating area has cigarette smokers constantly exposing the community to second-hand smoke. Owner unwilling to take responsibility for upholding the law and respecting community health.

Pantheon cakes is probably the only place left in Melbourne where you could get a sandwich and a coffee for under $5.00. Their coffee are good and their sandwiches are generous as well. What is better is Pantheon Cakes make a range of cakes to die for. I usually have a little sweetie something everytime I go because I can't resist. The only thing to note is they accept cash only.

Bought a peanut butter brownie for dessert after dining at a nearby restaurant. The brownie was large and delicious!
