Wow what an amazing experience I had. I really could not fault my stay for a recent birthday. I was met by lovely smiling staff. My room was the perfect balance of casual but cool. A lovely hand written note on arrival and a free cocktail to help kick off my celebrations. Thanks team, keep up the great work.

Amazing hotel experience. Huge room with every comfort. We loved the free mini bar and treats. The food is exceptional and we aren't even vegetarian. Loved happy hour drinks . The atmosphere in Alibi was awesome and very inviting. Location is spot on. The staff clearly enjoy working there.

What a hidden gem (in plain sight)! We visited for a weeknight, and were blown away by the hotel: - The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent - The design of the hotel is awesome, both the general areas and the rooms themselves. It's obvious that a lot of money and care has been expended on the renovations - Location and views are superb, with city and finger Wharf views from the window We are definitely coming back, and would recommend the Ovolo for anyone celebrating an anniversary or birthday night out

My room was excellent in all respects, very happy with that aspect. I only had breakfast, with good service but average food, There are some excellent restaurants in walking distance. The three-star rating is due to a bad personnel experience on arrival, partially offset by a positive check-out experience.

2 out of 5 Cleanliness; when I arrived 11am, the seating area looked clean. COVID19 protocols; staff not wearing mask, no 1.5m distancing signs in this cafe area? Service; one person on at the cash register who was busy cleaning register, seemed flustered and lacking in good communication and customer service skills. Verging on rude...or plain overloaded from breakfast service, either way - service is not friendly. A smile and cheerfulness should be in supply, but was lacking on this day. Coffee; ordered a mocha extra-hot ( sadly it was not extra hot) and coffee mediocre, contrasted with other coffee shops in locality. Price; 5.00 for a coffee, - ok price.menu prices reasonable.Didn't try breakfast on this occasion-unsure if I will In future, due to poor front- of- house customer service. X-factor; loads of seating, poolxtable, electronic games for the game enthusiast. Added bonus, if your an ovolo guest, WIFI is free. Please click like if you found my review helpful👌🏽

Hands down THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I have ever had! Customer service is on point. I highly recommend this place for any and every occasion. Shout out to Bridget for helping me make my friend's wedding weekend such a memorable amazing experience. I guarantee you they are not paying you enough for what your worth. Also a shout out to Drew for always having a smile on your face. I'm thinking up excuses just to stay there just to experience it again and again!
