We went to Oscars for a quick late lunch during our visit to McLaren vale last Saturday. We were a group of 3 ladies. We enjoyed the pizzas. The English breakfast pizza had raw-ish eggs we didn't like that bit all, yikes!! I think it's best if the restaurant would ask if the customer prefers their eggs well done or raw- ish to avoid disappointment. The pulled pork pizza was great, awesome we loved the taste and fresh rocket on it. Not sure if I will ever try that English breakfast pizza again- not the best thing for our liking.

Went here for lunch on Wednesday. Service was amazing from both the waiters on considering they were fairly busy and it was only the 2 of them. So friendly and genuine. I had the warm chicken salad and it was delicious. Highly recommend

This was some of the best food across the board we have had all trip, possibly the best. The steak was perfectly cooked and presented, the dessert was so good and the entree was specifically made to be gluten free. They didn't have a gluten free sauce for the steak, so they made a special pepper sauce that was to die for. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It was a little chilly outside and even though we said nothing, they moved us inside to a warmer position. I can't rate this place highly enough.

Came back after fifteen years and still a great experience. Attentive and friendly staff with informed opinions regarding the menu. Food excellent and of good value and size. Keep up the good work Oscar's!
