Oporto

Best chilli half chicken I have had in ages! It was well worth the 10 minute wait to prepare, I would rather wait for freshly cooked juicy chicken than be served something quick that is reheated and dried out. Nandos just lost a customer, which is saying a lot because I am South African and grew up near Rosettenville and have been fiercely loyal until now. Well done Oporto!

Great food

I wish I could give less than 1 star but that's not possible. I'm NEVER going to bother with this specific Oporto store again because after giving this shop a very wide birth, I thought I could trust them again as they've stuffed me around with every order I've made with them through food delivery apps but I got failed again after a million chances given to them. They never read/follow instructions (eg. No chilli); food from here in general can be so wishy washy.

Found three hairs and a plastic package string, no worries. Instead of leaving a review and potentially hurting the business I called them and told them about it for their info. Whoever answered was argumentative and had the hide to argue they “don’t sell potato chips ” as if anyone was bothered to be fabricating reviews. Poor customer service, and poor quality control. Sounds like whichever male was working at 3:20pm 17/05/21 needs to care a tad more about the business.

I had quite a strange experience at oportos. A young female, Marina (I read her name on her name tag which she strangely placed upside down...possibly for humorous reasons, I am unsure). However, I was standing in line waiting to order, and marina had freed up so I went to her in hopes to order my meal. However, when I came to order my rappa meal, Marina said, “No”. Initially, I was confused as to why the worker had just said no to my request. She then proceeded to open up the sauce containers and drink them right in front of me.

Had Oporto after long time. Ordered a Triple Bondi Extra chillie! Clear instructions! Hardly any chillie on the burger, no salt on the chips! Very disappointed

Best fast food burger, can't go wrong with a triple Bondi burger meal. MUST have extremo sauce with chips. Highly recommend!

Loved their burger. Got served by a really cute guy (one with the nice beard his name was tamim or something). The burger was really nice, I asked for extra extremo sauce and extra chicken salt on the chips 👌
