Oporto - Coogee

Chicken is great no doubt about it. But I have to say the staff are not the brightest. Second third time they forgot to put my drink in the meal!!

This is how the food was handed to me. Terrible staff and customer service. For those who left a good review, come back on a busy day.

The worst ever experience I have ever had. They messed up our order so badly and it took us almost 45 minutes to get the food. Their customer service was zero. Their food was cold and messed up. This shop should be closed. I would never ever come back to this shop in my whole life.

Freshly cooked chicken always

Terrible service ordered a meal and was only handed half of it. Then I had to go back leaving my hot food to turn cold. The woman serving me checked the rail to see if my order was still sitting there and it wasnt. She then turned to me and said you must have taken it home. Why would I come back all that way just to get some free chicken boljas come on no apology no nothing. Maybe if she talked less she would know what she is doing as she was totally clueless.

Remarkable Service !!! The little lady who served us on the night of 13th made a flawless (one wo-man army!!!) . The rush made it look like it was gonna take a while but, the order was ready in no time and the food was surprisingly fresh for a fast food joint. One of the best Oportos i've been in a while.

Good enough. The chips in the Bondi deal were nice.

I couldn't fault their chicken burgers, and it's much better than a McDonalds or BK, but service could be better!

So fresh and tasty!!!! The best service- comes with a smile and readiness to accommodate a request. P.s. who needs the Pavilion when one can have the real food for $11?
