Olive at Hawker

Went there for a valentines lunch, pricing was good considering most places overcharge on Valentine’s Day but the Olive was reasonable. 3 course meal, entrees were tasty and plentiful, mains were fantastic (especially the lamb), and dessert was fine too. The owner is lovely and always up for a chat, makes you feel welcome.

Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. And the food is exceptional. Evry meal taste like a home cooked meal and in a family environment. Highly recommended

What a great restaurant! Came with family and friends with a handful of kids for dinner. And the staff were so nice and accommodating! Food was fantastic too.. especially the lamb meatballs! Wow!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Olive ! Now whereas the menu's nice & diverse I could quite happily call it the 5☆ Lambporium ! We both chose lamb dishes and they were DELICIOUS !!! Best lamb meatballs ever ! Lovely friendly staff, quick service, and a really nice atmosphere too. Thank you for a wonderful night, All at Olive !

This is my favourite restaurant in Canberra. Beautiful food, try the Crispy Fried Olives as an entree and the Lamb Shoulder as a main. You'll thank me later. The staff are amazing. And the prices are very reasonable.

Attended an event in the evening and had the banquet menu. Staff were friendly. the service was great and the food was delicious. Thoroughly recommend it!

Olive at Hawker was excellent! The food was fabulous, the wine paired fabulously with my meal and a bonus...charming, personable staff! You must enjoy a meal here with the family or a night out with friends. You won't regret it!
