My husband booked Olive Thyme for our wedding anniversary dinner. What an amazing evening! The cuisine, the staff, service and individual attention from Sibel, the owner, was exceptional. Sibel was so attentive and thoughtful which made our night one to remember. Thank you so much. We will be back. If in Brisbane do not miss experiencing this wonderful restaurant.

BEST Turkish cuisine and service I've had in Brisbane. All ingredients are fresh, and made with love. My friend and I had the chef's menu last Sunday evening and I could not fault any of the 6 dishes we were served, absolutely delicious and FULL of flavours you could not recreate anywhere else. Also, overwhelming value for price. Our cocktails and mocktails were also very unique to the restaurant's Turkish flavour. Our servers were Victor and Rumeysa who were so attentive and had excellent knowledge of our dining experience. Calm atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends and family as there is something on the menu for everyone. Each dish and beverage was something to experience and share - best dining experience I've had in a long time. We will surely be back with more guests!

My family and I have been returning customers since the day Olive Thyme opened and each and every time every component of this amazing restaurant keeps getting better and better! The quality, presentation and taste of the food is incredible each and every time not to mention the service provided by the lovely staff and incredible atmosphere! Highly recommended and wish we lived closer so we could go there every day 😍 if you haven’t tried yet, RUN, don’t walk as your taste buds have missed out for too long!!

Can get enough belly dancing, turkish food was good too :)

We had the chef's banquet and it was amazing. The entree and mezee dishes were incredibly tasty and the mains (lamb and stuffed eggplant) were generous and delicious. It was a super busy Saturday night and we did get a bit forgotten by staff during the middle of the meal but when I spoke to someone it was sorted quickly. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes, this is already one of my favourite restaurants in Brisbane.
